PNG, JPEG, WebP (static) · up to 20 MiB per file
Limits & supported formats
ZIP or folder: up to 8 supported images, 40 MiB expanded total. Nested archives and unsupported entries are rejected.
Input: up to 8 files · PNG, JPEG, WebP (static) · 20 MiB each, 40 MiB combined.
Static images: up to 2,048 px per side. Animated inputs are not supported here.
Output: up to 2,048 px per side, 4,194,304 pixels per frame and 400 frames.
Detailed budgets: 40,000,000 decoded pixels, an estimated 192 MiB working allocation and 64 MiB per ZIP. These estimates help reject large jobs; they do not guarantee a browser process memory peak.
Add a file to get started.
Three steps. One moving picture.
01Add static pictures
02Order & set durations
03Make your GIF
Build a sequence from your pictures
Create a slideshow, step-by-step illustration or stop-motion loop from static pictures. Arrange the thumbnails and set how long each picture appears. Contain keeps the whole picture with padding; Cover fills the canvas by cropping edges; Stretch changes proportions. Add a crossfade for blended transitions; the transition duration is added between pictures. The original Heart portrait layout pulses your photo inside a heart with a caption; each picture needs at least 240 ms.
Choosing your settings
Each picture has its own duration, rounded to GIF timing units. GIF supports at most 256 colors per frame and binary transparency, so photos and soft transparent edges may lose detail.
If the result needs another pass
Animated PNG and WebP are not accepted here. Use WebP to GIF for an animated WebP, or Combine GIFs for existing GIF animations. Reduce the canvas if processing exceeds the budget.
Good to know
How are mixed dimensions handled?
Contain fits the entire picture with transparent padding. Cover fills the canvas and crops the edges. Stretch fills the canvas without preserving proportions.
Can I use animated images?
This maker accepts static images only. Use Combine GIFs for GIF animation cycles, or WebP to GIF for animated WebP.
